YesTo primRose - Lip Oil
I hope you had a wonderful Wednesday. If you've been following along on instagram you know I've been going through some medical challenges. On Monday I had to get an MRI on my brain (not fun, but the result came back clear), full labs, followed by more doctors appointments. I've been struggling with chronic migraines that wake up up in the middle of the night for about 2 years now and I'm so ready to get this figured out! I had an appointment today and am scheduled for a small procedure, along with MORE labs to follow. So please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I continue this annoying journey! Usually if I'm going through one of my headaches, I can't take ibuprofen so I'm all about pampering. I start by putting on some PJ's & taking ALL of my make up off, because who needs the added stress of not being able to rub your eyes? I use YesTo primRose cleansing & moisturizing facial wipes. They are intended for sensitive skin, so if you're worried about breaking out or having a bad reaction, fear not lovelies! (obvi if you know this product wont work for your skin, don't use t). The smell is so light and airy. It's not too much and it adds a soft scent to the room which induces a relaxing state.
I then follow by putting my feet in a bowl full of hot/warm water. It makes me feel like I'm at the spa in a warm cozy environment.
Next I apply my YesTo primRose lip oil. I only use a tiny bit to coat my lips. It really nourishes and makes them feel moisturized. The smell (like the facial wipes) is extremely pleasant and not too florally.
By then I'm gettin' really tired and ready for bed. Pat feet dry, add another coat of your lip oil, grab your mug of your favorite sleepy time beverage (mine below), and turn on your favorite netflix series.
It's important to take time for yourself when you're feeling bad. So always remember to put yourself first :)
