Happy Saturday from the Napa Farmers Market! I haven't had a chance to go this year but i finally woke up at a decent time and went. Because Napa is such a touristy destination the streets downtown are always packed with people, so it's definitely a lively place to walk around. Alex & I ate some delish fruits and veggies that are all locally grown, and chatted with some of the vendors about their business'. As I've grown older I've learned to appreciate everything I have, including where I live. I live in such a beautiful place, so beautiful that people form all over the world dream of coming HERE. Which is crazy to me. Sometimes my life gets so busy and hectic i forget to stop, look around, and take in the beauty and uniqueness of it all. So today I dedicated a poriton of time to my lovely town. We had breakfast at a local cafe (which was incredible) and really took our time. My days have been so rushed and exciting - you could say - so it was nice being able to go at my own pace. I would encourage everyone to get out of the house at least one day of your weekend. Literally stop and smell the roses people! This world is beautiful, you just have to look for it sometimes.
I've set so many goals for myself this month it's insane, hopefully i can tackle a few and really start to get some things in order. Dont get me wrong, I'm super organized but it's the simplest of tasks i always find myself slacking on. So I'd encourage everyone - this monday - to set one goal (big or small) and tackle it this week! It's so rewarding at the end of the day knowing you at least TRIED. You wont succeed if you dont try ;)
I plan on getting to the market next Saturday & I'd love to see a few of you there. I love catching up and browsing around.
Love you all! Have a fantastic Saturday night!
